Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree or professional certification in procurement or supply chain management will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in tender preparation, procurement management, or bid coordination.
Proven experience working with the Bangladesh Government e-GP system.
Strong familiarity with government procurement procedures and documentation requirements.
Experience working with international tenders, UN agencies, NGOs, or donor-funded procurement processes will be considered an advantage.
Mechanical and Electrical engineers are highly encouraged to apply

As part of our strategic expansion, we actively participate in public procurement opportunities through the Government Electronic Procurement (e-GP) system of Bangladesh as well as international tenders issued by United Nations agencies, international NGOs, and development partners.
To strengthen our procurement and business development operations, we are seeking a competent and experienced Tender & Compliance Specialist to lead and manage the full lifecycle of tender participation. This includes identifying opportunities, preparing compliant documentation, coordinating technical and financial proposals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing submissions through online procurement platforms.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, competitive, and fully compliant bids that increase the organization’s success rate in securing government and international contracts.
Job Responsibilities
Regularly monitor Bangladesh e-GP portal and procurement portals of government agencies, UN agencies, NGOs, and international organizations.
Identify tender opportunities aligned with the organization’s operational capacity and strategic objectives.
Maintain an updated tender opportunity pipeline and submission calendar.
Prepare complete and compliant tender packages including technical proposals, financial proposals, bid forms, and supporting documentation.
Compile company credentials including company profile, experience records, certifications, and financial documents.
Ensure all documentation meets the procurement authority’s instructions, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Carefully review tender documents to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Verify eligibility requirements, certifications, financial capacity, and legal compliance.
Conduct internal compliance checks prior to submission to avoid disqualification.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, and management teams to gather technical inputs and operational data.
Assist management in developing competitive pricing strategies.
Ensure proposals are clear, structured, and responsive to tender specifications.
Ensure all bids comply with applicable procurement regulations including:
Public Procurement Rules (PPR)
Bangladesh e-GP system requirements
International donor procurement guidelines
Maintain a compliance checklist for each tender submission.
Manage submission of tenders through Bangladesh e-GP platform, UNGM and other international procurement portals
Upload documentation accurately and ensure submissions are completed before deadlines.
Maintain a structured repository of company documentation including legal registrations, certificates, financial statements, and past performance records.
Ensure all documents remain updated and readily available for future tenders.
Communicate with procurement authorities for tender clarification requests when necessary.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and tender briefings as required.
Maintain records of tender activities and submission outcomes.
Prepare periodic reports on tender opportunities identified, bids submitted, and results achieved.
Document lessons learned to improve future bid performance.
