The Senior Executive, Brand & Marketing is a high-involvement role for someone who is equally comfortable crafting compelling copy, managing campaign timelines, coordinating with creative teams and agencies, and tracking performance across digital touchpoints. Across categories. Across audiences. Across formats.

What You Will Do

  • Support in executing brand and marketing strategies across the Digital Sales portfolio.

  • Create and manage content across social media, email, websites, and other platforms, maintaining the distinct voice, tone, and identity of each business.

  • Coordinate with creative teams, external agencies, and media partners on day-to-day deliverables and campaign execution.

  • Assist in preparing briefs, presentations, reports, and internal communications.

  • Monitor campaign performance, compile data, and present regular updates to inform marketing decisions.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to surface relevant insights.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure all deliverables are on schedule.

  • Support the coordination of brand events, launches, and activations.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Tech, as required

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in digital marketing fundamentals, including social media management, SEO basics, and email marketing

  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects across different businesses simultaneously

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days look the same

  • A genuine hunger to learn and a willingness to experiment, the kind that does not need to be encouraged but is already a natural way of working.

  • This role operates across multiple digital businesses in a landscape that changes constantly, and intellectual curiosity is not optional here
