1–3 years of experience in similar industries
Smart, energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of transport apps is required.
Ability to reach out to and engage drivers regularly.
Experience as a transport apps sales executive will be highly preferred.
Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Must own and be able to use a smartphone.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead driver acquisition and training initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and local communities.
Ensure compliance with company operational standards.
Take a hands-on approach to resolve real-time operational challenges.
Follow and help reinforce company SOPs and procedures.
Work with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve growth targets.
Apply analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
Thrive in a fast-paced, field- and office-based work environment.
