Responsibilities & Context:
Orbit Education is a reputed education consultancy firm located in Dhanmondi. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Application Officer to assist students with their university admissions and visa application processes for studying abroad, as well as support our student outreach efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective students to promote our services and follow up on admission leads (Telesales).
Guide and assist students with their university admission and visa application processes for studying abroad.
Check and verify students' academic documents, SOPs (Statement of Purpose), and financial documents.
Communicate with international partner universities and institutions regarding student admission updates.
Keep track of application deadlines, intakes, and specific university requirements.
Maintain a database of student applications and follow up on their progress regularly.
Provide basic counseling to students regarding university selection and subject matching.
