Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
CA (Advance Level)/ACA/FCMA.
Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration from a reputed university.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Accounting Software,Analytical and Decision making ability,Strategic Financial Leadership
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 45 years

15+ years in accounting & finance roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.(CFO, GM-Finance, Head of Finance, or similar) in a listed FMCG company.
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing sector will be a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of BFRS, taxation, ERP software, and financial modelling.
Familiarity with Bangladesh’s financial laws, companyregulations, and tax policies.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performancemonitoring.
- Develop financial models and investment appraisals for new projects (e.g., FMCG)
- Advise the Board of Directors on financial performance, investment opportunities, and risk factors.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, regulators, and stakeholders for fundraising and syndication activities.
- Lead finance and accounts teams to ensure timely financial reporting, statutory audit,and external audit compliance.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Present financial reports to top management.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize financial efficiency.
- Manage company cash flow, banking relationships, and investment strategies
- Support business decision-making through financial analysis and forecasting.
- Work closely with other departments to align financial planning with company goals.
