  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

Greenland Polytechnic Institute is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive, Accounts to manage the institute's day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate accounting records, timely financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective financial support for academic and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records using accounting software/ERP.

  • Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers, cash vouchers, and ledger postings.

  • Manage student tuition fee collections and maintain accurate fee records.

  • Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.

  • Support VAT, Tax, and audit-related activities.

  • Ensure compliance with institutional financial policies and applicable regulations.

  • Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related financial records.

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and regulatory authorities when required.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

  • Perform any other finance and accounts-related duties assigned by the management.
