• CA (CC), ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will receive preference.

10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, Treasury, LC and Audit, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within Group of Companies or large manufacturing organization.

1. Lead and manage the complete Finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, Treasury, Internal Audit, Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting functions for the Group.

2. Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, annual, and statutory financial statements for multiple companies.

3. Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing with complete accuracy.

4. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term business growth.

5. Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial projections, business planning, and capital expenditure planning.

6. Monitor financial performance through KPI analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, trend analysis, and executive MIS reporting.

7. Develop financial models, feasibility studies, investment appraisals, business valuation, ROI, IRR, NPV, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

8. Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and fund optimization.

9. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions regarding credit facilities, syndicated loans, working capital financing, trade finance, and treasury operations.

10. Supervise LC, Back-to-Back LC, UPAS LC, Import & Export Finance, LTR, LIM, EDF, Bank Guarantees, Foreign Remittance, SWIFT transactions, and Trade Finance documentation.

11. Ensure full compliance with IFRS, IAS, BFRS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Bangladesh Bank regulations, RJSC requirements, and other statutory obligations.

12. Oversee corporate tax planning, tax returns, withholding tax, transfer pricing, tax assessments, VAT compliance, Mushak management, customs, bond licensing, and NBR correspondence.

13. Develop effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

14. Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, external audit, tax audit, VAT audit, compliance audit, and special management audits.

15. Conduct enterprise risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.

16. Monitor inventory valuation, cost accounting, production costing, standard costing, BOM costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost optimization.

17. Lead ERP implementation, financial system automation, digital transformation initiatives, workflow automation, and process improvement projects.

18. Ensure accurate General Ledger management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Management, Intercompany Reconciliation, and Consolidation Accounting.
