Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (04-year honor’s) in any discipline preferable in Finance & Accounts from a reputed university.
Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA).
The applicants should have at least 10 years’ experience in the Business sector.
Additional Requirements
Proven experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the non-life insurance industry.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, treasury, investments, budgeting, internal controls, audit, and corporate finance.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh’s insurance regulatory and financial framework, with experience dealing with regulators, auditors, Board committees, banks, and institutional stakeholders.
Strong leadership, analytical, strategic, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Competitive communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
· Formulate and execute the Company’s overall financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, business priorities, and long-term plans.
· Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and financial controls.
· Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, including IDRA requirements, insurance laws, accounting standards, tax laws, and audit obligations.
· Oversee financial performance, investments, and risk management, including asset-liability management, liquidity, capital adequacy, solvency, profitability, and corporate investment portfolio.
· Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board, maintain stakeholder relationships, and oversee statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits and related matters.
· Perform any other strategic, financial, or related responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors or Chief Executive Officer.
