• Expertise in defect identification and root cause analysis

• Strong QC pass management and line quality control skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability

• Data analysis and reporting proficiency

1. Manage overall quality control activities from production start to final shipment.

2. Lead and supervise QC teams across knitting, linking, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.

3. Handle buyer audits, technical audits, internal quality audits, and compliance inspections effectively.

4. Ensure strong understanding of garment/sweater production processes and maintain quality standards at every stage.

5. Identify body defects accurately and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring quality issues.

6. Implement daily quality control procedures and ensure proper execution of approved processes on production floor.

7. Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections to achieve consistent QC pass performance.

8. Ensure bulk production quality meets approved samples, technical specifications, and buyer requirements.

9. Control line quality performance and take immediate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

10. Analyze QC reports, DHU%, defect trends, and quality data to drive continuous improvement.

11. Maintain accurate QC data management, reporting systems, and technical documentation.

12. Conduct regular quality meetings with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce rejection rates.

13. Monitor body measurement accuracy, workmanship standards, and overall product appearance.

14. Develop quality SOPs, inspection standards, and strengthen team technical capability.

15. Coordinate with production, merchandising, planning, and technical teams for shipment readiness.

16. Train QC inspectors and line supervisors on defect prevention, process control, and quality awareness.

17. Apply preventive quality strategies to avoid recurring defects and improve first-pass yield.

18. Ensure shipment approval, technical compliance, and high buyer satisfaction through consistent quality performance.
