Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Oversee overall factory administration activities and ensure smooth daily operations.

  2. Supervise security management, gate control, visitor monitoring, and maintain security registers.

  3. Manage transport, vehicles, office utilities, housekeeping, and general administrative services.

  4. Implement and maintain factory 6S workplace management standards.

  5. Monitor employee discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  6. Manage all statutory licenses and ensure timely renewal of Trade License, Factory License, Fire License, Environmental Clearance, Boiler License, and other regulatory approvals.

  7. Maintain license records, renewal schedules, and prepare documents for regulatory inspections and audits.

  8. Maintain regular liaison with BEPZA authority and related government departments.

  9. Coordinate inspections, approvals, permissions, and compliance reporting requirements.

  10. Handle official correspondence and represent management during authority visits.

  11. Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and contractors for administrative services.

  12. Monitor vendor performance, service agreements, and control administrative service costs.

  13. Follow up recruitment activities and manpower requirements in coordination with HR.

  14. Support payroll coordination to ensure timely salary payment.

  15. Handle employee grievance management, counseling, and conflict resolution.

  16. Monitor employee attendance, behavior, and workplace discipline.

  17. Support worker welfare activities and employee engagement programs.

  18. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer Code of Conduct, and BEPZA regulations.

  19. Conduct regular floor monitoring to ensure safety, discipline, and operational compliance.

  20. Assist in compliance audits, inspections, and documentation preparation.

  21. Manage company assets, administrative inventory, and office resources.

  22. Verify administrative bills, utility payments, and vendor invoices.

  23. Maintain proper administrative documentation and records.

  24. Ensure workplace safety standards, emergency preparedness, and continuous floor monitoring to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
