• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, manpower, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and online communication tools

1. ### Sales & Business Development

   * Promote overseas job opportunities to potential candidates.

   * Build and maintain relationships with local recruitment partners, training centers, and community networks.

   * Generate candidate leads through various online and offline channels.

   * Conduct outreach activities to attract qualified candidates.

   * Achieve monthly recruitment and sales targets.

   ### Candidate Management

   * Screen and assess potential candidates.

   * Explain job opportunities, requirements, and recruitment procedures.

   * Guide candidates through the application and documentation process.

   * Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

   ### Client & Office Coordination

   * Coordinate with the Bangladesh office and international teams.

   * Provide updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.

   * Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

   * Assist in resolving candidate inquiries and concerns.

   ### Market Intelligence
