• Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.

Job Context: Aviax International is looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-driven individuals to join our core Air Ticket Sales Force. The ideal candidates will have a "hunter" mindset, focusing on generating leads, pitching our travel services, and achieving regular sales targets in a highly rewarding corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively generate new leads and acquire B2B (agencies, corporate houses) and B2C clients for air ticket sales.

• Promote and sell group fares, standard air tickets, and corporate travel packages.

• Make daily outbound calls and arrange direct meetings with potential corporate clients.

• Maintain a systematic database of clients, follow-up schedules, and daily call logs.

• Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
