Responsibilities & Context:
Are you a dynamic, target-driven individual looking to build a robust career in Corporate Sales and Air Ticketing? Aviax International is looking for 4 energetic interns to join our core sales team.
• Active Lead Generation: Make daily cold calls to target manpower agencies, corporate houses, and recruitment firms.
• B2B Pitching: Confidently pitch our Group Air Ticketing and corporate travel services.
• Appointment Setting: Identify potential leads and set up direct meetings for our Senior Corporate Sales Manager.
• Database Management: Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules systematically.

Salary Structure: Paid Internship. BDT 5,000 (Basic Stipend) + Commissions up to 24,000 BDT!
Career Growth: Exceptional interns will be officially offered a permanent position as a Business Development Executive after a 1 to 3-month evaluation period.
Corporate Exposure: Hands-on training in B2B/B2C networking and professional corporate sales.
