Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding international flight bookings, ticketing, and travel packages.
Provide accurate information to clients with a professional, polite, and helpful attitude.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Maintain logs of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
Assist the core team with daily administrative travel management tasks.
