We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales & Marketing to lead our real estate and land management portfolios. This pivotal role requires a high-performing professional who will spearhead revenue growth, drive strategic property sales, and cultivate high-value client relationships to expand the company's market presence.
Develop and execute land sales strategies to achieve company targets and grow the project pipeline.
Identify, pursue and convert new land sales opportunities through active client engagement and site visits.
Negotiate pricing and terms, close deals and ensure full legal and compliance adherence.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors, including post-sales support and referrals.
Coordinate land documentation, registration and legal processes with internal teams and authorities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing, promotion and future land acquisition decisions.
Manage CRM records, track leads and conversions, and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
