∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Master’s degree in HRM / Public Administration / Business Administration / Law.
∎ Preferred: PGDHRM, Diploma in Labor Law, or Industrial Relations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10–15 years of progressive experience in HR & Admin roles in factory/plant setups, with at least 3–4 years in a mid-to-senior managerial position.
∎ Must have experience in labor-intensive industries (Feed, FMCG, Garments, Manufacturing, etc.).
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules, and IR practices.
∎ Strong command over HRIS, payroll, attendance systems, and MS Office.
∎ Experience in ISO audit is a plus.
∎ Leadership and team management.
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Problem-solving and crisis management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long hours if needed.
∎ Strong communication in both Bangla & English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the full employee life cycle at the factory level – recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit formalities.
∎ Prepare and monitor manpower planning and budgeting as per production demand.
∎ Maintain and update employee personal files, service records, and HR databases.
∎ Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, shift management, and roster planning.
∎ Implement performance appraisal and KPI-based evaluation systems.
∎ Coordinate with Head Office HR team for HR policies and practices.
∎ Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 (amended 2013, 2018).
∎ Handle labor inspections, compliance audits, and factory certifications.
∎ Maintain harmonious industrial relations and deal with worker grievances.
∎ Supervise general administration including canteen, transport, housekeeping, and factory premises maintenance.
∎ Manage security, safety, and firefighting teams effectively.
∎ Ensure smooth logistics and utility support (electricity, water, etc.).
∎ Coordinate licenses, renewal, and liaison with local govt. & authorities.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of factory health & safety measures.
∎ Conduct regular fire drills, safety audits, and awareness programs.
∎ Organize factory-level employee engagement events.
∎ Monitor workers' dormitory or accommodation.
∎ To lead and manage all HR & Admin functions of the factory including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, disciplinary matters, security, logistics, welfare, and safety – ensuring a productive, legally compliant, and harmonious workplace.
