∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Bachelor of Law (LL.B)
∎ PGDHRM from BIM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Communication, Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing related business concern including manufacturing, Trading, Tea Estate, Fisheries and Brokerage House.
∎ Develop appropriate HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
∎ Conduct Job analysis and Manpower plan to ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
∎ Conduct monthly coordination meeting with COO and all the Functional Head to monitor business performance.
∎ Manage and improve existing HR processes & update Organogram, JD, KPI, Manpower Planning, compensation and organizational structure time to time.
∎ Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualifies candidates.
∎ Develop competency framework to achieve goals.
∎ Conduct TNA, arranging training program & post training evaluation.
∎ Conduct various soft skills training for staffs, executives and managers for skill development.
∎ Develop performance standard/KPI to achieve business goals.
∎ Advice to line managers on all HR issues : Management of staff, remuneration, Labor matters etc.
∎ Handle employee disciplining, Grievance & conflict in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner.
∎ Manage industrial relations, dealing with Union and setting LTA.
∎ Ensuring safety-security & compliance at factory & Offices.
∎ Make all types of HR related analytical reports as required.
∎ Lead ISO audit on behalf of HR department.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the reporting authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced candidates is highly encouraged in Trading & Manufacturing field.
∎ Good Communication skill in written and spoken English.
∎ Good skill in Computer operations
∎ Good knowledge in HR issues and Labor Laws
∎ Honest, Good personality and hard working
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bangla
∎ Must have smart computer literacy.

Salary: Negotiable
