∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer basic knowledge, Easy to adapt to challenging situation, Effective email communication, Problem solving and decision making, Team player
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Overseas Companies, Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend Customer queries with a pleasant manner, reporting to the concerned department.
∎ Review and organize tasks according to priority.
∎ Maintain smooth communication through emails and other channels.
∎ Ensure daily reporting on billing, settlement, equipment control, etc. (we will provide training on these, if needed)
∎ Accomplish all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant MUST be fluent in English.
∎ Have no further study plans for the next 2/3 years, even to go abroad.
∎ The task requires spending full hours each night (8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. including breaks times), we recommend only those who have that patience and work accordingly for a long run.
∎ The applicant should have a personal computer with good configuration, power backup, and stable high-speed internet connectivity.
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
