Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Hospitality Management/ Diploma in Hotel Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overlook the daily operation of Restaurant & manage shifts effectively.
∎ Working with the Food & Beverage Manager to allocation of Budget, & assist to improve operations, sales and profitability.
∎ Greet guest, escort them to table, and provide menus. Ensure the restaurant is cleaned and fully prepared ready for service checking table layouts, sideboards, buffet food levels are maintained during service, according to customer.
∎ Resolve customer complaints/compliments about food quality or service, constantly identify areas for improvement
∎ Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations are obeyed.
∎ Select & create and successful menu items based on many considerations, and assign prices based on cost analysis.
∎ Maintain employee records, prepare payroll, and assist the F&B manager to prepare monthly P&L.
∎ To oversee training for staff, & Schedule work hours for staff.
∎ Continuously reviewing and managing team performance.
∎ Take initiative for sales & marketing of the Banquet hall

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
