∎ Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM), Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
