Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Secondary Sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands
∎ Secure primary and secondary visibility as per plan in all key outlets
∎ Ability to plan for territory targets and do sales projections
∎ Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
∎ Analyzing data to find the most efficient sales methods
∎ Monitoring competition within assigned region
∎ Preparing and submit reports to the Area Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum one year of experience in relevant field (sales/marketing)
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Building Relationship and Negotiation skills
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
∎ Good at MS Excel
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Two-increments per year
