Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Ensure operational management of internet & internal network, mail server, CCTV, attendance system, sales tracking, bulk SMS, tally, and ERP systems.
∎ 2. Conduct regular checks on server, network, CCTV connectivity, and data security.
∎ 3. Ensure regular backup for ERP, router, and tally data daily for disaster recovery.
∎ 4. Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
∎ 5. Open user accounts and provide access including file shares, email, remote connections, and Internet access.
∎ 6. Responsible for the smooth running of the computer system including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, UPS, and multimedia.
∎ 7. Ensure functional/operational support to all departments for ERP applications.
∎ 8. Set up necessary backup power options to ensure the system is always running regardless of external conditions.
∎ 9. Ensure systems design and development from business requirements analysis and guide management to take the right solutions.
∎ 10. Develop detailed system implementation plans for any assigned projects.
∎ 11. Ensure periodic management reports of assigned Systems.
∎ 12. Perform any other task assigned by the management.
