∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Procurement, Purchase

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate import & Export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
∎ Manage regulatory communication in crisis situations, maintaining coordination with internal management and staff, media partners, industry partners, opinion leaders and the general public.
∎ Manage regulatory affairs with excellent knowledge of the regulatory, ideally of developments in between government liaison authority with organization.
∎ Good Knowledge to handle about C&F Agent license Rules & Regulation, CTG Sea Port, Customs, Shipping, Customs Duty Assessment, Bill of Entry, SRO, HS Code, Customs act, Import/Export Policy, Export/Import Documentation, Duty Bond, Risk Bond, In-bond and Ex-bond.
∎ Monitor and analyze import data to identify compliance issues and take corrective actions.
∎ Maintain and update the import compliance database.
∎ Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
∎ Liaise with freight forwarders and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import processes and paperwork.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related for the import & Export stage.
∎ Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders.
