Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide ongoing support for ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user inquiries.
∎ Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity.
∎ Perform regular updates, patches, and system enhancements.
∎ Customize and configure ERP modules to align with organizational processes.
∎ Consider both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to ensure proper integration with other systems.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes.
∎ Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure proper utilization of ERP functionalities.
∎ Oversee data migration and data cleansing activities during ERP implementation.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
∎ Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards based on user requirements.
