Additional Requirements: - 4 years of proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on Leave and attendance systems, performance management, off boarding

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
- Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of employee attendance and leave balances. Address leave-related queries and ensure compliance with University's policies and labor laws
- Work closely with the department heads to implement and manage performance appraisal systems
- Ensure appraisals are conducted fairly and objectively, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
- Prepare and present comprehensive HR reports, including attendance, leave usage, and performance appraisal outcomes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in attendance and appraisal processes. Implement the leave and attendance automation process to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Provide significant input in revising and updating leave and attendance policies, ensuring they are comprehensive, transparent, and aligned with institutional goals and labor laws
- Manage the complete offboarding process, ensuring it is seamless and respectful for departing employees. Ensure the smooth functioning of process automation for final settlement calculations, enabling timely and error-free processing for departing employees
- Facilitate the collection of all necessary clearances and documentation during the separation process. Regularly update and maintain the job separation list to reflect accurate and timely data
