    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university, with a major in accounting. Professional qualification such as CA (CC) or partially qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) will be considered an added advantage.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in private universities will be given preference

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and effective use of the internet

  • Proven ability to use initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identify appropriate solutions, and suggest areas for improvement

  • Methodical approach to work with a high level of attention to detail

  • Flexible attitude with a positive response to changing work requirements

  • Clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professional ethics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting students and guardians with financial and service-related queries

  • Providing accounts clearance for students, including processing refunds as necessary

  • Following up with students regarding outstanding receivables and payables

  • Supporting various provision adjustments and helping in financial report preparation

  • Reconciling bank deposits with the Connect software

  • Providing support for ERP and academic software

  • Assist teamwork and collaborating with the Student Services team
