Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Paper

• Bachelor/Honors

• BBA/MBA/Honor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, from any reputed university.

• Should have good computer skills;

• CGPA below 2.50 or third class / division in any level is not eligible to apply.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Paper

   Additional Requirements:

•  Minimum 8 years’ experience of Credit Control & Recovery.

• Strong understanding of credit recovery laws and regulatory compliance in Bangladesh.

• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proven ability to handle difficult clients and high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and collection software or MIS tools.Willingness to travel for field recovery operations.

Creative Paper Mills Ltd., is one of the leading, reputed & promising company involved in manufacturing of quality brand white writing & printing paper, Copier paper and exercise book.  We are selling our product in local market and exporting to different countries in the world. We are looking for honest, dynamic individuals for our Head Office at Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208 for the following position.

• Develop and execute recovery strategies to reduce delinquency and default rates.

• Supervise and guide teams.

• Monitor overdue accounts and take timely legal or negotiation-based action.

• Maintain and update recovery MIS/reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Conduct client visits, field assessments, and meet defaulters where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws regarding debt collection.

• Train and mentor junior staff in recovery operations and communication.
