∎ Creative Paper Mills Ltd is one of the leading, reputed & promising company involved in manufacturing of quality brand white writing & printing paper and selling product in local market and different countries in the world. We are looking for honest, dynamic individuals in our Company for the position.
∎ Date of Interview: December 17, 2022
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring accuracy of all accounting data recording
∎ Maintain effective financial management and accounting systems as per local and international
∎ standards
∎ Establish/fine tune systems and procedures and indicators to define, execute and monitor internal
∎ check and control system
∎ Performing various variance analyses and doing product costing;
∎ Supervising & Maintaining the Fixed Assets, Inventories, Receivable, Payables etc;
∎ Monitoring and safeguarding of capital expenditure of the company;
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement on monthly, quarterly and annually
∎ Doing Accounting & Financial forecasting, budgeting and implementation;
∎ Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions;
∎ minimizing the impact of variances
∎ Develop and implement strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year
∎ Supervising and liaison with tax and VAT related steak holders and ensuring timely submission of
∎ return. Expected sound knowledge on tax and VAT laws;
∎ Follow up and control day-to-day transactions, party payment and party advance.
∎ Interact with Internal & External Auditors time to time.
∎ Maintaining and manage all sorts of business with Banks and Financial institutes
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years experience preferably in a manufacturing concern
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Team player, forward thinking with the ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
