Responsibilities & Context:
Greet customers and handle billing in a polite and efficient manner
Operate the cash register/POS system accurately
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required
Maintain proper records of daily sales transactions
Provide customers with menu or product information when needed
Follow all cash-handling and financial procedures
Keep the cashier counter clean, organized, and presentable
Assist the outlet team during busy hours
Maintain and update daily stock records, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Keep in touch with the credit customer and continue the credit collection.
