Responsibilities & Context:

  • Receive daily sales collections and ensure timely deposit to bank.

  • Verify and monitor daily MIS reports including sales, accounts receivable, outstanding dues, cancellations, returns and discounts.

  • Maintain branch petty cash and prepare daily petty cash reports for Head Office.

  • Check and verify petty cash expense vouchers and submit reports to Head Office.

  • Prepare monthly revenue reports and perform reconciliation with MIS and Head Office accounts.

  • Calculate and monitor operational expenses as per company policy and approved budget.

  • Manage inventory and store operations including receiving, issuing and maintaining stock reports.

  • Raise purchase requisitions to Supply Chain and complete GRN process through ERP/Accounting software.

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal control procedures.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
