Experience:

• Masters

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/Management) or related field from a reputable university.

• 15 to 20 years

• Age At least 45 years
• Only Male

Experience:

• At least 15-20 years of work experience, out of which at least 3-5 years should be in a senior management position (Flexible Printing & Packaging line experience is preferable).

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Decision-making skills.

• Good communication skills (in both Bengali and English).

• Ability to work under pressure.

Addtional Job Responsibility :

• Age at least 45+ years.

• Must know driving the bike with valid driving license.

• Must know computer knowledge.

• Only males are allowed to apply.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area ( Sales , Marketing & Customer convincing ability, Accounts Knowledge, to manage the overall activities of the organization, formulate strategic plans, and coordinate between various departments).

• Prepare and implement monthly, half yearly & annual plans to achieve the organization's goals.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of all departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales).

• Ensure budget preparation, cost control, and financial transparency.

• Ensure compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.

• Maintain regular communication with senior officials and provide reports.

• Motivate team members and provide leadership.
