Master’s in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing finance
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Sound knowledge of taxation, VAT, and regulatory compliance
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: Chattogram
Manage overall accounting and financial reporting activities of the company
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
Supervise cost accounting and production cost analysis for cement manufacturing operations
Conduct variance analysis and cost control measures to improve operational efficiency
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain internal control systems and financial policies
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
Provide financial analysis and reports to management and CFO for decision making
Oversee ERP-based financial systems and ensure accuracy of financial data
Lead and manage the accounts and finance team
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
