∎ Masters in HR or Management as major. MBA in HRM will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates must have at least 3 years' relevant experience. Having working experience in implementing development project/s is necessary.
∎ Must have skills in operating accounting/asset management software.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to undertake frequent field visits throughout the country.
∎ Must possess high level of integrity and excellent knowledge on MS Office application suite.

Salary: Negotiable
