• Age At most 35 years

• At least 3 years Diploma in Pharmacy from any reputed institute which must be registered under the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.

• At least 2 years working experience in similar position in any model pharmacy or Clinic/ hospital pharmacy/ medicine shop, will be preferred.

• Maximum 35 years of age (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Record keeping and documentation skills.

• Familiar with using pharmacy software and sound knowledge of MS Office.

• Ensure safe and proper dispensing of medicines following Model Pharmacy and DGDA guidelines.

• Verify prescriptions, medication name, strength, quantity, and labeling before dispensing.

• Ensure no expired, damaged, counterfeit, or unregistered medicines are dispensed.

• Maintain proper stock management, storage, and FIFO method for pharmaceutical products.

• Ensure availability of approved medicines and monitor expiry dates.

• Prepare daily inventory, indent, and sales reports.

• Maintain proper documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.

• Ensure proper arrangement and storage of medicines including refrigerator items.

• Provide quality customer service and minimize patient waiting time.

• Assist in training pharmacy staff and technicians.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper visibility of the pharmacy.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
