Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and attract potential blue-collar workers through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and local community outreach programs.
∎ Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
∎ Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide guidance on the application process, interview preparation, and overseas job readiness.
∎ Liaise with international clients to understand their manpower needs, job specifications, and recruitment timelines.
∎ Maintain a database of potential candidates and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications, including certifications and work experience.
∎ Assist candidates in preparing required documents such as passports, visas, and work permits. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and immigration requirements.
∎ Organize training, orientation, and pre-departure briefings for selected candidates to prepare them for overseas work environments.
∎ Maintain an updated database of candidates and client job openings, ensuring that recruitment activities are well-organized and efficiently tracked.
∎ Stay informed about labor market trends and recruitment opportunities in various countries, particularly those with high demand for migrant blue-collar workers.
