∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali in Home & abroad
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized
∎ The Ideal Candidate should have minimum 06 years practical experience as an AGM -HRD position.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are expecting knowledgeable Experienced for Human Resources Department
∎ We are looking for “Asstt. General Manager – HR” For Rani Food Industries Ltd a leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing Companies in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain all HR, Administrative & Compliance issues of the factory as per labor law benchmarks and preset standards.
∎ Ensure all factory end recruitments are made as per the recruitment matrix and in compliance with labor law.
∎ Capable to find-out and control manpower turn-over.
∎ Follow up attendance, authorization, and management of overtime, leave, grievance handling, general administration etc.
∎ Identify & ensure organized awareness or training and development as per factory requirement.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per labor law.
∎ Provide preparation guidelines to factories and responsible for facing regarding SEDEX, ISO- QMS, FSSC, FSC, Environment, Technical, and social compliance audit at the factory.
∎ Provide guidelines to factories as per ACCORD & ALLIANCE (Fire Safety, Building Safety & Electric Safety) requirements and periodic follow-up.
∎ Be proactive to identify/ assess and ensure all safety measures pertinent of fire hazard & over all security of factory, lives and properties.
∎ Contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line members and departments at the factory premises.
∎ Proactive follow up to maintain all documents up to date.
∎ Responsible to develop and implement various employee engagement events at the factory premises time to time.
∎ Responsible for managing employee performance based on KPI metrics at the factory.
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations and admin/HR activities
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of HR functions of the Factory
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
∎ Have to ensure timely selection & placement for the factory end with the concern of the reporting authority.
∎ Able to efficiently deal/communicate with Govt/Non-Govt/NGOs & maintain liaison for company's interest.
∎ Be well conversant about Labour Court Cases and disposal procedure.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, Hygiene & environment.
∎ Knowledge about ISO: 22000:2018.
∎ Handle any untoward situation/incident due to internal or external factors. Organize all Inquiries as per Law of Land
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
