Responsibilities & Context:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Plan and implement training & development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital.
  • Ensure proper functioning of support services such as housekeeping, security, biomedical waste management, transport, and front office.
  • Manage contracts, AMC agreements, and vendor performance for various hospital services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to labour laws, hospital operations, and licensing.
  • Oversee documentation and reporting related to biomedical waste, fire safety, drugs & consumables, and patient safety guidelines.
  • Develop HR, administrative, and compliance-related SOPs for smooth hospital operations.
  • Ensure uniform implementation of organizational policies across all departments.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, health programs, and welfare initiatives.
  • Monitor staff well-being, workplace safety, and a positive work culture.
  • Liaise with medical, nursing, finance, operations, and management teams for cross-functional coordination.
  • Lead HR and administrative staff, ensuring proper delegation and productivity.
  • Support hospital management in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate HR, compliance, and administrative records for audits and inspections.
  • Present data-driven insights to management for improvements and policy decision
  • Manage emergency response plans, disaster readiness, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Oversee incident reporting, internal investigations, and corrective action plans.
