Experience:

  • The applicants should have practical Store & supply chain management experience in 03 to 05 Years in the following business area(S):

(Hospital & Medical College / Pharmaceuticals Companies/ Diagnostics Companies)

Additional Requirements:

  • Having good communication skill in both English & Bangla
  • Having experience in Medical Software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Including Excel, Word and Power Point


Responsibilities & Context:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated records in inventory software or manual registers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
  • Ensure proper documentation for stock movement, returns, and issues.
  • Assist in audits by providing accurate data and cooperation.
  • Issue supplies to wards, departments, and pharmacies based on approved requests.
  • Check authorization before issuing high-value or controlled items.
  • Maintain accurate records of all medical, surgical, and general supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Classify and store items properly to ensure safety and easy retrieval.
  • Raise purchase requisitions based on department requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and hospital departments.
  • Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor performance and product quality.
  • Receive materials and verify quantity, quality, and expiration dates.
  • Ensure items match delivery notes, purchase orders, and specifications.
  • Report damaged or incorrect supplies and initiate replacement procedures.
  • Store medicines, consumables, and equipment according to safety standards.
  • Maintain proper temperature-controlled storage for sensitive products.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) method is followed.
  • Safely handle hazardous, sterile, and high-value items.
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and delivery of supplies within the hospital.
