Responsibilities & Context:

RRP Footwear & Leather Goods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible HR professional to support factory and corporate HR & Admin operations.
The role involves recruitment support, employee records management, attendance and payroll coordination, labor law compliance, factory administration, and transport supervision to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the factory premises in Ishwardi, Pabna.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, joining, orientation, and placement of factory and corporate employees

  • Maintain daily attendance, leave records, absenteeism, late entry, early leave, and shift-wise attendance for production and non-production staff

  • Prepare and update job descriptions aligned with production targets and business goals

  • Supervise daily transport operations for factory workers and staff

  • Schedule transport servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance

  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage to control costs and prevent misuse

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs

  • Prepare final settlement, gratuity, leave encashment, and separation benefits as per Bangladesh Labor Law

  • Draft and issue appointment letters, warning letters, termination letters, transfer letters, office orders, notices, and circulars

  • Coordinate payroll activities with accounts and production departments

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure proper resolution

  • Support performance appraisal and employee development activities

  • Maintain personnel files and digital HR records

  • Assist in arranging internal and external training programs
