Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Sumatra Kingdom Park is one of the reputed parks in Bangladesh, which is going to be inaugurated very soon. SKP Management is looking for candidates who have previous experience working at a reputable park or resort.
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations within the park.
- Maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and discipline.
- Support all departments (Operations, Ticketing, Ride Management, Finance, Security etc.) with necessary administrative guidance.
- Handle official documentation, office inventory, reports, and communication logs.
- Assist management in policy implementation, Standard Operating Procedures maintenance, and operational decisions.
- Provide immediate support during emergencies, customer handling, and visitor management situations.
- Supervise housekeeping, security coordination, and facility cleanliness monitoring.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Coordinate with kitchen, Pool bar, and banquet teams for seamless F&B service
