Skills Required: Compliance

Additional Requirements:
  • Good knowledge on Social & Technical Compliance, basic knowledge of RSC / Nirapon, Certification Audit (BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, C-TPAT, SLCP, Better Work, HIGG etc.) & Brand Audit.

  • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible, and adaptable.

  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.

  • Well conversant with IT equipment.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Executive - Compliance in HR, Admin & Compliance Department for a 100% Export Oriented Garments Manufacturing Factory.

Job Location will be Salna, Gazipur // Ashulia, Savar.

  • Ensure Compliance issues as directed by respective departments.

  • Follow up on the management of recruitment, working environment & working conditions, leave, dispute, training, appraisal, and compensation.

  • Stand for vendor compliance requirements and follow up on compliance issues.

  • Ensure facility`s compliance requirements as per local/international legal standards.

  • Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.

  • Collect and maintain regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety, and social responsibility, etc.

  • Ensure a healthy workplace, maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.

  • Act as an effective communication liaison between workers and management, and bring the grievances of workers to the notice of management.

  • Encourage and motivate workers for better performance and make them understand the importance of the factory`s rules and regulations, buyer`s COC & Country Law.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
