Alfamart, a leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country, is successfully operating in Bangladesh and expanding its retail footprint.
We are seeking a competent Officer, HR and General Service to oversee and coordinate all administrative and HR-related functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating facility and general services, and maintaining effective communication across departments to support smooth business operations.

The Officer, HR and General Service will play a key role in supporting and implementing core human resource and administrative functions. This role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, coordination of training and general office administration.
· Support daily administrative operations and office management for ATBL.
. Assist General Service department on manpower handling. (Security, Cleaner, Driver, Helper)
· Maintain filing systems and documentation Asset management.
· Ensure receiving the monthly office stationery, track them and ensure the supply & stock efficiently.
· Assist in new store setup activities I.e. coordination, readiness and ensure required logistic support through Procurement Department.
. Material received from vendor in different location and also track warehouse for stock check.
· Prepare reports and basic analysis as required by management
· Work closely with General Service Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
. Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and handle related logistics.
. Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
.Oversee the meeting room bookings to ensure that the rooms are being booked well in accordance to the priority.
. Maintain checklist for a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
. Perform any other tasks assigned by HR Manager/General Service Supervisor.
