Responsibilities & Context:

Manpower Planning & Requisition:

  • Coordinate with respective departments to ensure manpower requisitions.

  • Maintain recruitment calendars and report updates to the line manager.

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Schedule interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates according to requisitions.

  • Ensure assessment of candidates and participation in the interview board.

  • Implement effective sourcing strategies: headhunting, social media, networking, internal database, and referral programs.

Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Generate offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding processes with proper documentation.

  • Issue new joining circulars for respective employees.

  • Maintain and regularly update employee personal files and HRIS records.

Employee Facilities & Compliance:

  • Ensure issuance of office ID cards, name badges, uniforms, and visiting cards.

  • Manage efficient uniform and name badge requisitions, proper distribution, and franchise reporting.

Induction & Engagement:

  • Plan and execute systematic induction programs for new employees.

  • Support and arrange various employee engagement initiatives.

HR Support & Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with staff to ensure HR support.

  • Monitor store groups for grooming and HR-related issues.

  • Maintain a calendar for regular store visits with a checklist.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in subsidized lunch management, official tour arrangements, and other HR/Admin-related bills.
