Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Rupayan Group is seeking a seasoned, strategic Human Resources professional for the Manager/AGM - Human Resources, preferably with experience in the real estate, construction, or developer sectors.

The role will lead core HR functions across the Group, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, KPI-driven performance management, organizational development, policy formulation, compliance, employee relations, and HR analytics.

The incumbent will act as a central HR coordinator, ensuring effective communication and alignment of HR practices across all business units. The position will drive a high-performance culture, strengthen employee engagement, and align human capital strategies with overall business processes to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations across the Group as strategic HRBP.

  • Plan and execute manpower requirements in line with business and project needs.

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, especially for technical and project-based roles.

  • Design and implement KPI-based performance management systems.

  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

  • Provide HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.

  • Act as a liaison to ensure effective HR communication across all business units.
