Experience:

Strong background in managing project-based HR.

Job Context:
Rupayan Group is seeking a seasoned, strategic Human Resources professional for the Manager/AGM - Human Resources, preferably with experience in the real estate, construction, or developer sectors.
The role will lead core HR functions across the Group, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, KPI-driven performance management, organizational development, policy formulation, compliance, employee relations, and HR analytics.
The incumbent will act as a central HR coordinator, ensuring effective communication and alignment of HR practices across all business units. The position will drive a high-performance culture, strengthen employee engagement, and align human capital strategies with overall business processes to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations across the Group as strategic HRBP.
Plan and execute manpower requirements in line with business and project needs.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, especially for technical and project-based roles.
Design and implement KPI-based performance management systems.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Provide HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.
Act as a liaison to ensure effective HR communication across all business units.
