The Head of People & Culture will lead the organization’s people strategy by building a strong, scalable talent ecosystem that supports the company’s growth. The role is to maintain a high-performing talent pool while strengthening organizational capability through modern HR practices, performance systems, and leadership development.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure the organization has the right talent, culture, and people processes to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence

2. Additional Job Information

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment frameworks to attract high-quality talent across software engineering, product development, cloud, data, and AI functions.

  • Partner with technology leaders to forecast hiring needs based on project pipelines, product roadmaps, and business expansion plans.

  • Build employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer in the technology industry.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture aligned with the organization's mission and values.

  • Lead employee engagement, recognition, and well-being initiatives that enhance retention and satisfaction.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.

Performance Management & Leadership Development

  • Lead and implement performance management frameworks aligned with agile and results-driven work environments.

  • Support managers with performance reviews, feedback processes, and development planning.

  • Build leadership development programs to strengthen management capability and future leadership pipelines.

Learning & Talent Development

  • Identify organizational skill gaps and implement targeted learning programs including technical upskilling, certifications, and leadership training.

  • Collaborate with internal experts and external training partners to deliver impactful development initiatives.

  • Design career progression frameworks for engineering, product, and corporate teams.

Compensation & Benefits Strategy

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with industry benchmarks.

  • Oversee reward and recognition programs that support employee motivation and retention.

HR Governance, Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies that support a flexible, modern, and digitally enabled workplace.

  • Oversee HR documentation, employee records, and internal audits.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze HR metrics including hiring efficiency, attrition rates, engagement scores, and workforce productivity.

  • Provide strategic HR insights and reports to executive leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Organizational Development

  • Lead organization-wide initiatives to strengthen culture, collaboration, and operational effectiveness.

  • Conduct organizational assessments and develop action plans to improve team performance and structure.

  • Drive succession planning and long-term talent pipeline strategies.

 3. Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years of Experience-  At least 12 years and a minimum of 3 years in a leading role is preferred

-          Preferred experience in the following business area(s):

IT/Software Company/FinTech/Telecom
