Experience:

• Answering and providing services to all questions of the Citizen Service Center on land management and land law.

• Providing advice on land-related matters to all field-level Union Land Office and Upazila Land Office officials and employees

• Providing direct land-related services and advice to land service recipients visiting the Citizen Service Center.

• Providing assistance in resolving complaints by maintaining contact with the concerned and citizens for the resolution of various complaints of the Union Land Office.

• Making arrangements for resolving complaints by contacting the concerned officials and citizens for the resolution of various complaints of the Union Land Office

• Participating in providing land services to citizens in various populated places through mobile land services.

• According to the needs of citizens, through social media (Mail, Facebook, Web Chat), applications/registration related to Khatian, Namzari, Land Development Tax, Mouza Map and Land Service, verification of application status, receiving complaints and providing advice.

• Providing training to all junior consultants of Citizen Land Service Centers and Call Centers (Land Agents, Citizen Care Centers).
