Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Income Tax file initial context evaluation (not final file)
Respond to customer queries from marketing channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
Maintain professional communication with clients
Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on leads
