Previous experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp, and Website.
Explain our services and guide potential clients through the service process.
Follow up with leads and maintain professional client communication.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service packages.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Monitor the sales till delivering the service to ensure prompt service lifecycle.
Support sales activities and contribute to business growth.
