Experience:

• 4 to 6 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.

• Senior Executive: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in commercial operations.

• Assistant Manager: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in commercial/import–export functions.

• Strong knowledge of import–export procedures, L/C operations, customs, and bonded warehouse systems.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and commercial documentation systems.

• Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

RRP Footwear & Leather Goods Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial professional to support and manage import–export, banking, documentation, and logistics activities.

The role is responsible for ensuring smooth commercial operations, timely customs clearance,accurate documentation, and compliance with local and international trade regulations in coordination with buyers, banks, forwarders, and internal departments.

• Organize and lead the overall custom & bond function of the Company as per government compliance.

• Board of investment and chief controller of import & export (CCI &E) regarding custom & bonds formalities.

• Additional raw material requirement approved from custom bond.

• Ensure updating bond register (In bond & Ex Bond) on due time.

• To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related customs and bond.

• Perform for and face routine audit by external agencies relating UP.

• Handle customs related all responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, and general bond,receive any kind of certificate, NOC.

• Input-Output Co-efficient Government of the people's Republic of Bangladesh – time to time DEDO Shoge Rescheduling.

• Communicate directly with customs house, customs bond.

• Commissionerate and NBR as necessary to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties.

• Ensure handling over relevant documents to operations of transportation of goods and material to and from ports.

• Proceed Realization Certificate time to time arrange from bank. Work with Audit farm for cash incentive queries.

• Clear Knowledge Cash incentive for synthetic Shoe and Accessories.

• Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.

• Clear Knowledge Value Added Tax ( VAT) Related work.

• Any other task assigned by the management
