Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Production Engineering,Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
Assistant Manager: 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning.
Deputy Manager: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Manager: 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in footwear or leather goods manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity analysis, and order follow-up.
Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
RRP Footwear & Leather Goods Ltd. is looking for an experienced Planning professional to manage and support production planning and control activities.
The role is responsible for preparing production plans, capacity planning, material coordination, and monitoring order execution to ensure on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with buyer requirements and company targets.
Prepare master production plans based on confirmed orders, delivery schedules, and capacityavailability.
Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for cutting, sewing,finishing, and packing sections.
Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability as per plan.
Analyze production capacity, manpower, and machine loading to optimize efficiency.
Monitor order progress and take corrective actions to avoid production delays or shipment risks.
Update and maintain production status reports, dashboards, and planning MIS.
Support line balancing, bottleneck identification, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to T&A plans and buyer shipment deadlines.
Participate in production meetings and provide planning insights to management.
Assist in implementing ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
Supervise and guide planning officers/executives (for Manager / Deputy Manager level).
